Every week for the past year, our marketing leaders met with Sarah. During this period, our business tripled in revenues into a multi-7 figure/mo business. A big part of this was due to the "CMO level" advice we'd receive from Sarah. This includes:

People Management: Everything from helping us organize our quarterly team planning retreats, to setting up monthly reporting systems with our direct reports, helping us improve our performance reviews, helping us improve cross-function communication, and just in general how to better communicate and motivate our team members

Organizational Structure: Prior to Sarah coming on board, we only had "marketing performance teams". But when our FB Ads were underperforming due to decreasing ad performance, Sarah helped create the foundational layers which resulted in the creation of an internal creative team. Since then, our FB spend budget has almost doubled at targets

C-level consultation: In addition to providing marketing specific consultation, Sarah meets with our co-founders (Justin/Nick) on a regular basis to give a non-biased & colds-eye opinion on the health of the marketing team, and other functions of the business. An example of one of the outcomes is the hiring of someone senior to take over one of the key areas of the business.
